Department Priority Planner
Most department plans fail because there are twenty priorities and no owners. Name up to five priorities and what success looks like for each, and this builds a tight action plan: an executive summary, a priority card for each, a role-based responsibility summary, a milestone timeline, measures, risks and a first 30-day action list. It flags too many priorities, missing owners and missing measures.
